The Excelsior - Kings River Resource Conservation District
(EKRCD) is a special district government dedicated to conserving and improving water and land resources through groundwater and surface water sustainability, runoff and erosion control, water distribution, and projects that support Groundwater Sustainability Agencies in achieving long-term sustainability goals.Notice: The Regular Board Meeting set for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 has been canceled. The next regular meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
